Kids work really very hard! hard work pays, practice practice and practice!, then comes a state when you are confidant that yes "i can do it" !!! wonderful feeling, it is recently i started giving my son the entire exercise from text books ... in exactly the same way he would get in exam at school, makes a lot of difference... he was confidant this time and more focused like this, discussed it with Principal of the school, result is this tiny one pager looking to expand in a subtle way to help other kids too, best part is it is all in word format so teachers do not have to wait for draft and get xerox copies, just select the questions and print. In younger sections of the school it helps reduce teacher's work load at least
